About the event
Meet us on Saturday September 28th for a 4/20 friendly restorative yoga class downtown LA. Meant to bring a soothing calmness to your mind & body, this all levels class will meet you where you are. There will be modifications to make each posture accessible for everyone - whether it's your first class or if you're a seasoned yogi. A combination of breathwork and meditative music will enhance each movement, giving you a chance to fully be present in the experience.
There will be CBD / THC items for giveaway for each attendee to enhance your future practice.
Venue address and parking details will be sent to attendees the day before the event.
